Child Safety Standards – Showskill (Falcaon Sp. z o.o.)

1. Purpose

The purpose of these standards is to protect children and young people on the Showskill app. This document applies to all users and to all content published or exchanged in the app.

2. Definitions

CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) – sexual abuse and exploitation of children, including in particular: CSAM (child sexual abuse material), grooming, sextortion, soliciting sexual activities, trafficking/distribution of CSAM, sexualisation or nudity of minors (including images generated or edited artificially), encouraging sexual contact with minors, impersonating minors for sexual purposes, and any content that supports or justifies such actions.

3. Ban on CSAE (zero tolerance)

The following are strictly prohibited on Showskill:

  • creating, publishing, requesting, possessing, sharing, or linking to CSAM;

  • grooming, seduction, sextortion, soliciting sexual contact with minors;

  • sexualisation or nudity of minors (including generated/edited images);

  • impersonating minors for sexual purposes;

  • encouraging the acquisition of CSAM or facilitating such acquisition.

Violations result in immediate removal of content and sanctions against the account, as set out in section 8.

4. Who may use the app

The Showskill app is intended for people over 13 years of age under parental/guardian supervision (in line with the Terms). All communication features must be used safely and in accordance with these standards. Any sexualisation, erotic content, proposals for meetings of a sexual nature, and adult–minor contact of such nature are prohibited.

5. Reporting violations

  • A “Report” button is available in the app next to content/profiles/messages.

  • Reports are received by the moderation team 24/7.

6. How we respond to reports

  • Immediate actions: blocking/hiding content, temporary suspension of the account, preservation of evidence.

  • Review of the report: within 24–48 hours, or faster in urgent cases.

  • Enforcement: removal of content, account block (temporary or permanent), prohibition on returning. Where justified, we notify competent authorities and relevant CSAM organisations.

7. Prevention and protection

  • content moderation and a reporting system;

  • safety filters and feature limits for new accounts;

  • tools to block and mute other users;

  • user education (safety tips) and reminders in key parts of the app;

  • age restrictions in line with the Terms and applicable law.

8. Enforcement

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may apply:

  1. a warning; 2) feature limitations; 3) temporary suspension; 4) a permanent ban; 5) a report to competent authorities/organisations (in cases of suspected crimes, including CSAM). Decisions are made with due care and without arbitrariness.

9. Cooperation with authorities

Falcaon Sp. z o.o. cooperates with competent law-enforcement authorities and organisations combating CSAM within the limits of applicable law, including securing and providing required information.

10. Legal compliance

We operate in accordance with applicable laws on child protection, prevention of sexual offences, and personal data protection. These standards do not constitute legal advice.
